Location: Vienna, Austria

The Director of Client Services is responsible for leading and growing our Client Services team across several countries as well as ensuring a best class a day-to-day customer support for our international clients. This position is based in Vienna with requirement to travel.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention and growth
  • Lead, coordinate and mentor our Client Services teams based in Vienna and London to ensure delivery on company goals
  • Monitor and forecast revenues for existing clients and report them to senior management
  • Assist senior management in growing the company and build-up client services organization structure in new markets
  • Bring expertise and give feedback to business development to support strategic actions for company growth and product development
  • Identify hiring needs for Client Services team
  • Define and implement onboarding and ongoing training program for Client Services employees
  • Provide team with all necessary tools and training to improve expertise and team learning
  • Identify risks and take actions to prevent customer churn
  • Develop and document best practices and workflows in Client Services through continuous assessment of processes
  • Manage an effective information flow between client services team and other business units

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in managing a Client Services team
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or IT preferred
  • Experience in traditional advertising, direct marketing or similar media environment is a plus and agency background is highly preferred
  • Excellent skills in client management, project management, communication & negotiation
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in growing, managing and inspiring teams
  • Technology skills: ability to credibly discuss topics related to marketing data integration & marketing performance analytics
  • Desire to learn and keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments & best practices
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
  • Willingness to travel extensively between offices and clients
  • Excellent English, German is a plus

For this position, we offer a base salary of EUR 42.000 per year (negotiable based on level of experience & qualifications) with an attractive variable component on top.
