With only around 160+ native connectors, Fivetran users are highly limited in where they can extract data from with some very standard native connectors unavailable to them including Moz, SemRush, and Google Trends.
Adverity has more than 600 connectors with a strong focus on marketing data sources. With the option to also use various ‘universal connectors’ you can connect to almost any data source you need.
No-code/low-code?
In Fivetran, all data transformations are SQL-based which means, unless your team is experienced in SQL, additional resources are required to perform even basic data transformations.
Meanwhile, Adverity provides a range of pre-built yet powerful data transformations that cover a range of use cases from Smart Naming Conventions and Currency Conversion to the easy-to-use Match and Map or Join Datastreams functions. Data Exploration
You cannot explore ingested data within Fivetran either in table form or through visualizations.

It’s always important to have the flexibility to send your data where you need it. Fivetran offers 11 native destinations you can send your ingested data but it is worth noting this does not include common destinations such as Looker Studio.
