What is a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA)?
An MNDA is a bilateral contract that obligates both parties to maintain the confidentiality of the sensitive information exchanged between them.
The execution of MNDAs prior to the commencement of commercial negotiations and the exchange of information between companies is common practice in order to explore a future business relationship.
The aim is to enable parties to exchange sensitive information without concern that it might be disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
How can this MNDA be executed?
The MNDA provided is already pre-signed on behalf of Adverity Inc. To become legally binding, it must be countersigned by a legal representative/signatory of your company.
Are you a legal representative/signatory of your company?
Then please proceed as follows:
- Open this link
- Fill in your name and email address
- Start the signing process
- An email will be sent to you, including an access code
- Enter the access code
- Review the contract
- Fill in your company’s as well as your contact details
- Sign the contract
- The final signed contract will be forwarded to you via email
You are not a legal representative/signatory of your company?
In this case, you can either share this link with the legal representative/signatory, or you can proceed as follows:
- Open this link
- Fill in your name and email address
- Start the signing process
- An email will be sent to you, including an access code
- Enter the access code
- Review the contract
- Click on the “other actions” button on the top right
- Assign the contract to someone else
- Enter the name and email address of the legal representative/signatory
- Share the access code with them
- And let them sign the contract
- The final signed contract will be forwarded to you as well as to the legal representative/signatory via email
- You can access it by using the access code
