Trainee Customer Support
We are currently looking for smart and motivated Trainee Customer Support helping us to deliver a top class software product and support our business customers.
- Ability to understand customer needs and challenges
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
- Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Experience working in a performance based customer service company is a plus
- Resolve customer problems on the first call with minimum supervision
- Consistently improve personal technical knowledge and understanding of software
- Work individually and collaboratively to solve customer issues fast
- Provide excellent customer support on daily basis
- Training and extensive knowledge in using our analytical tool
