We are currently looking for smart and motivated Trainee Customer Support helping us to deliver a top class software product and support our business customers. 

Your Qualifications

  • Ability to understand customer needs and challenges
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
  • Organizational Skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Experience working in a performance based customer service company is a plus

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer problems on the first call with minimum supervision
  • Consistently improve personal technical knowledge and understanding of software
  • Work individually and collaboratively to solve customer issues fast
  • Provide excellent customer support on daily basis
  • Training and extensive knowledge in using our analytical tool
