We are looking for a digitally enthusiastic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimization across channels in order to increase traffic and leads generated by digital marketing strategies. The position is based in Vienna.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Be our internal expert on search engine optimization, campaign tracking, general web analytics and overall web strategy
  • Optimize lead generation programs (and website user experience) through development or enhancement of the website and collaborate with internal and external resources where required
  • Develop and optimize PPC advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs, e.g. conversion along the lead funnel)
  • Plan, execute and optimize lead nurture campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing spend and performance accordingly
  • Proactively suggest new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure conversion tests
  • Conduct analytical evaluation of the end-to-end lead/customer experience across multiple channels and lead/customer touch points
  • Define and set conversion points and optimize user/lead funnel
  • Collaborate with external agencies and software vendors
  • Evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies & trends

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of digital demand generation experience in SaaS or B2B marketing
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related fields
  • Experience in email marketing & nurture campaign with basic HTML knowledge
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems – preferably Hubspot
  • Passion for data, details and marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of latest web design, digital marketing & search engine trends and best practices
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new information, technologies and processes
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent or (near) native English langue skills
